ABOUT US

KATHRYN JAMES, EDITOR & PUBLISHER

Kathryn James  is a rare book librarian and book historian, specializing in manuscript culture.  In her past life, she co-founded and edited the Oxford Quarterly Review, publishing work by Jorie Graham, Adrienne Rich, Charles Simic, Charles Wright, and others. When otherwise unoccupied, she spends a lot of time looking at paper samples.

JULIAN AIKEN, EDITOR

Julian Aiken is a poet and librarian, who has published in U.S., British, and French poetry journals. His poetry is rooted in landscape, and much of his recent work has engaged with the emotional resonance of place. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, children, umpteen dogs, a surprising number of cats, and the occasional worried hamster.
